These terms apply to the independent information website eseecloud.org. They do not grant a licence to EseeCloud software or govern the developer’s app, cloud storage, subscriptions or camera products.
Information and limitations
Guides are provided for information. Features and menus vary by camera, firmware, region and software version. Follow your device documentation and preserve recordings before resetting or formatting storage. Download availability does not establish that an installer is current, signed, safe or compatible with your system.
Ownership and third-party software
EseeCloud and other trademarks, software and vendor materials remain the property of their respective owners. Any original website text and design belong to their respective creators. Linking to software does not grant us ownership or the right to sublicense it. App stores and software providers set the terms for their products.
Acceptable use
Do not use this website to infringe rights, compromise devices or promote unauthorized surveillance. Only access cameras you own or have permission to use. Do not send us account passwords, camera identifiers or private recordings.
Payments and support
We do not sell cloud storage, handle EseeCloud billing, provide account recovery or offer manufacturer warranty support. Contact the app developer, store or camera seller for purchases, cancellations and refunds.
Corrections and contact
We may update guides, links and these terms as information changes. Contact the editors about errors, attribution, rights concerns or this website. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
