A
EseeCloud is the mobile app for Android and iOS. EseeCloud CMS (Camera Monitoring System) is the separate desktop client for Windows and Mac. If you are monitoring cameras on a PC, you need the CMS client.

I see 'mfc100u.dll missing' after installing EseeCloud on Windows. How do I fix it?

A
This error occurs when the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Runtime is not installed on your PC. Install the free Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable from Microsoft, then restart EseeCloud CMS. Full fix instructions are on our Windows setup page.
Q

How do I add my camera after installing EseeCloud CMS?
