This policy covers the independent website eseecloud.org, operated by the EseeCloud.org editorial team. It does not cover the EseeCloud mobile app, CMS client, camera recordings or the developer’s cloud service.
Website traffic and hosting
We use self-hosted Plausible Analytics at app.pageview.app to understand page visits, referring sources, approximate countries and device categories. Our integration uses the standard Plausible script without custom identity or camera-data events. Requests necessarily expose technical information such as IP addresses and browser headers to the services handling them. Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and may process request and security logs.
Messages to the editors
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate corrections and handle privacy or rights requests. We retain correspondence as needed for these purposes and applicable obligations. Do not include camera credentials, private recordings or payment details.
Google advertising and third-party technologies
The website includes Google AdSense code for site verification and, when enabled, advertising. Google and other third parties may collect, share and use data for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted, personalization. They may place or read cookies, use web beacons, and process IP addresses, browser information or other identifiers as a result of advertising on this website. Choices and consent
You can manage cookies through your browser and manage Google ad personalization through My Ad Center. Browser settings alone are not a substitute for any consent required for advertising. Where consent is required, advertising must respect your consent choices; applicable EEA, UK and Swiss advertising requires the appropriate consent-management setup. You may contact us about your website data or withdraw a consent where applicable.
Sharing, external links and rights
Hosting, analytics, advertising and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed to meet legal obligations or protect rights and security. Providers may process data in other countries. App-store and vendor download links take you to services with separate privacy policies. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data we control, or complain to your local authority. We cannot delete data held by the EseeCloud app developer.
Children and changes
This website is intended for camera owners and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us. We will update this page when our website data practices change.
