Include the affected page URL, what needs correcting and, where possible, a link to a public source. Do not send passwords, camera Cloud IDs, QR codes, private footage or payment information.
App and hardware support
We cannot reset your EseeCloud account, access your cameras, cancel cloud subscriptions or issue refunds. For those requests, use the developer contact in the app store listing or your camera seller. Our Support page explains where to find these channels.
